- Slumberland
«Slumberland» is the story about Vera, and her (annoying) sisters. Vera is lying in bed and can’t sleep. Vera loves parakeets. She always wanted one. It’s really late in the evening and she has vacuumed cleaned her apartment, and eaten lots of pastries, not much left to do for an old woman. This night however, Vera finds a gigantic parakeet outside her window.

The structures of our language determine the structure of our thoughts. This observation led to the hope that a differentiated language could uncover another form of thinking. This in turn leads to the – probably utopian – desire to communicate exclusively in images, without the aid of the alphabetic language’s written characters. In order to maintain utopia, this thesis is exhibited without a title, so that the content’s meaning remains explicitly coded in images. My project is the result of research; it can be read as an illustrative Rorschach test and should awaken various associations. The recipient is completely free to interpret the work, right?
- Mungge – 3 ½ Murmeltiere machen ihre Alp unsicher
During our Master’s study program, we developed the concept of an original animated TV-puppet show for children between five and seven years old, and implemented the corresponding pilot film. In the written part, we followed up the question of how the series could become marketable, made a concept as well as a project development, and explained the dramaturgic, pedagogic and economic backgrounds.

- Friends of Salecina
«Friends of Salecina» are three animated short films that, in a humorous manner, inform the guests staying in the holiday centre Salecina about their everyday chores.
- Dickicht
The tripartite video installation «Dickicht» (Thicket) can be described as a kind of painting with video. The absence of a figure considered to be the «actor» is apparent – something that is rather unusual in filmic work. Will the viewer eventually find himself in the picture, it being his view that is drawn in by the imagery’s movement?
- Der kleine Vogel und das Blatt
«Der kleine Vogel und das Blatt» (The Little Bird and the Leaf) is an animated film for children over the age of four.

The drawing – also and especially as part of an animation and thus part of a story being told – is an elementary part of my work as an artist, on behalf of artists and lecturer.

Work in Progess (January 2010): a 15-minute animated film with the working title «Pica 45», it tells the story of the murder of a pilot at the end of World War II in Southern Germany.
